How does it work?
Like prescription only weight loss pills such as Xenical, alli contains orlistat at a 60mg dose per pill.
The active ingredient Orilstat in alli is designed to target fat in your digestive system. It stops about one quarter of the fat in your meals from being absorbed. The fat will then pass out of your body in your stools.
For every 2kg (4lbs) you lose from dieting alone, alli can help you lose 1kg (2lbs) more.
It isn’t a stimulant or an appetite suppressant but formulated to work solely in your digestive system so will not affect your heart rate, brain function or make you feel lethargic.
Take one capsule three times a day at meal times, before, during or up to one hour after each meal. Do not take more than 3 per day.
It is important you stick to the recommended fat intake for each meal of a maximum of 15g fat this will ensure you do not suffer any side affects associated with taking alli.
